Carat Calculation Based on Single Solitaire Carat:

- Earring discount applicable based on Single Solitaire stone/item code.
- E.g. 1: Solitaire in each ear of 0.4 Carat means 12% discount is eligible.
- E.g. 2: Solitaire in each ear of 0.8 Carat means 12% discount is eligible.
- E.g. 3: Solitaire in each ear of 1.5 Carat means 9% discount is eligible.
- E.g. 4: Solitaire in each ear of 2 Carat means 5% discount is eligible.

Offer Terms & Conditions:

1. Product-Value Considered for Slab-Computation: The offer slab qualification is based on the product’s pre-discounted value and including GST.
2. Solitaire:
- There is no discount applicable for the purchase of Loose Solitaires.
- Solitaire strings can be clubbed with Diamond jewellery and the same/HV slabs will be applicable.
- If a pair of earrings has one stone of 0.99 carat and another stone of 1.00 carat, the higher discount of both solitaires shall apply.
3. Not Applicable Categories:
- The offer is not applicable on the purchase of Gold Coins.
- Offer is not valid/cannot be clubbed with the purchase of gold coins, loose diamonds, or non-jewelry items (e.g., Nebula).
- Entry complexity products (KVI) - Entry complexity or fixed making charges product (8%) will not qualify for the offer. Store to manually check this and exclude from giving discounts. However, the product values can be considered for discount slab calculation.
 
4. Other Terms and Conditions:
- Studded Color stones will be part of the gold group; hence MC discount will be applicable.
- Customer will not be eligible to earn Encircle points during this offer period.
- No other discounts can be clubbed with this offer, only Best Gold rate offer can be clubbed during this offer.
- If any customer order for sizing requirements will have the regular discount applicable for the Festive offer. All other customer order products will be eligible for the discounts as per customer order discount slab in the table above.
- MIA offer will be communicated separately.
5. Offer Structure for GRN Due to Manufacturing Defects:

Please follow the below table to decide on the offer structure. For GRN due to manufacturing defects, the current offer can be given to the customers provided the defect is certified by the boutique manager or Karigar at the store.

- GRN for cross-category of purchase is allowed, and the credit note will be generated for the paid value which can be utilized in the subsequent purchase.
- In case of multiple products purchased within a category and partial GRN of products, the new product purchase should be higher than the GRN value. In case the value is crossing the bill band, the new product will qualify for the discount based on the cumulative value.
- Offer is not applicable for the GRN of products and re-billing the same SKU during the offer.
6. Advance Orders Terms and Conditions:
- Advance orders booked before the offer will qualify for the discount, and the offer applicability will be as per the final product value during billing after considering any additions and deletions from the store stock.
- Customer Order Terms and Conditions: The advance that needs to be collected is the post-discount value, and it is the discretion of the customer to have the gold rate open or frozen. Please get a signature from the customer in the gold rate frozen option to avoid future issues.
- Cumulative value is applicable for slab calculation for current billing and customer order billing. Lower discount to be given for the current billing and cumulative band discount to be given while billing the customer order product.

7. Important Commercial Terms & Conditions Regarding the Offer:
- Diamond Jewellery purchase value should be higher than or equal to the GEP credit note value in case of multiple purchase categories.
- For advance orders, the amount to be collected will be as per the current policy.

8. Clubbing with Other Offers:
- No two offers can be clubbed during this offer period.
- Any other discount like Tata & Titan employee discount cannot be clubbed.
- Best Gold Rate Offer can be clubbed during this offer.
9. If Customer Opting for FOC Coin Offer for Bill Value Less than 3 K SGD:
- FOC Coin Offer applicable for the non-Discounted Bill Value inclusive of VAT till 3 K SGD as per Group A and Group B.
- Bill Value greater than 3 K SGD for both Plain and Studded Cluster – to go with MC Discount offer.
- Studded Solitaire and Platinum Solitaire – Only Carat Band offer is applicable (as per Group D).
- Offer not applicable for Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Loose Solitaires.
- The FOC offer slab qualification is based on the product value before discount and inclusive of the VAT.
- Entry complexity or fixed making charges product (8%) will not qualify for the FOC coin.
- Store to manually check this and exclude from giving discounts. However, the product values can be taken into account for discount slab calculation.
- Products transferred from other stores through Endless Aisle / IBTT can be considered for a discount based on eligibility.
10. Terms and Conditions to be Considered for Issuing FOC Coins:
- FOC Coins need to be issued in the same cash memo that contains the jewellery purchased.
- Any cash memo, which does not have FOC coin details mentioned in it, but against which FOC coin is issued, will be considered as a deviation.
- Adjustment and billing of FOC coins in bulk, in a different cash memo is not permitted.
- Any bulk insert or wrong FOC issuance will impact the Encircle points calculation, and hence boutiques must be very cautious while applying FOC header.
- TEP of FOC coins shall not be allowed during the offer period.
- Computation of FOC eligibility will be considered with TAX.
